What an exciting weekend where I got to meet a lot of new people. The Newtons came to visit the three of us, although I have a sneaky suspicion that they mainly wanted to see me. Grandma and Grandpa Newton were a lot of fun and liked to hold me. It was also fun hanging out with Aunt Sarah, Uncle Jon, and Marcy. The best part was that they brought me a lot of presents from all kinds of people in St. Joseph ... Thank You everyone for that, hope I get to meet you some day.
The Newton clan stayed with us for one whole day. Besides giving me all kinds of attention, they cooked great meals for mommy and daddy and babysat me while mommy and daddy ran errands.
I also had other visitors during the weekend. On Saturday night, Gail and Kaitlyn came to visit. Gail had a really long title, she kept saying she was my favorite great aunt. I gave them lots of smiles and they brought me even more gifts from a very nice prayer group. On Sunday, my mom's friend Jill came by and helped feed me.
After all that, I am exhausted. I am going to get some sleep before visiting my doctor again tomorrow to see how much more I weigh.
Great kid. Real polite. Didn't talk much.
