Saturday we went to Suson Park in South County St. Louis. They had farm animals for me to look at and then we played on the playground equipment. Lots of fun.

A Fun Weekend

We had a fun weekend the last couple of days. Saturday, we went to the park and I played on the swings for the first time. Later that night, I went to Lindenwood's football game for a little bit and got to see my first Lion touchdown. Sunday, we went to church and then went to downtown St. Charles for lunch and to walk around for awhile.

BLN's First Contest

My first Halloween custom is bought. Any ideas? First person to guess in the comment section wins a prize (probably not a good one because my cheap parents will be buying it).

Hero's Day of Faith

Saturday afternoon, we went to church for their Hero's Day of Faith celebration. I got to play some games and even got my face painted. The weather was perfect and we had a lot of fun.

Go Bulldogs

I went to my first Truman sporting event on Saturday morning as we went to see the women's volleyball team play in a tournament at Missouri-St. Louis. Of course, the Bulldogs earned a victory with me there. After the game, I even got to flirt with a couple of the players :)

Rough Labor Day Weekend

I didn't have one of the best starts to my weekend over Labor Day Weekend. Friday, I had to have a minor surgery. I will say, I have to be one of the strongest babies ever. I was crawling around again just hours later and was pretty much back to normal the next day.

Sunday and Monday, we went down to my great grandparents farm to celebrate the life of my great uncle Gary. I only got to meet him once but I got to hear a lot of stories about what a good life he lived. Despite the sad occassion, it was good to see a lot of relatives.

I have a feeling this week will be much better. Rumor is I might go to a sporting event or two over the weekend.
