Hi! I'm Bryan Lee Newton and welcome to my blog.
Where to start? I guess I can talk about the first decade I experienced in my life, the Aughts. The decade was a long 10+ hours for me. I was born on New Year's Eve at 1:48 p.m. and had a busy first day. I won't bore you with the details but by the end of the night, I was sleeping at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis. What a decade, I wonder what the next one will be like for me.

This reminds me of a Steven Wright joke: Something along the lines of him finding a journal of the first days of his life. "Day One: Still tired from the move. Day Two: Everybody talks to me like I'm an idiot."
ReplyDeleteGood work. Keep it coming.
Welcome to the world, Bryan Lee Newton, from your (Great-) Aunt Suzy and Uncle Nate! You have many relatives who write for a living--and those of us who don't talk a lot. So it's not surprising that you've already launched your own blog. Forget the Huffington Post, forget the (now-outdated anyway) Julie/Julia Project, forget Bristol Palin on Twitter (PLEASE)--yours is the only blog I've actually bookmarked. Like Jon, keep the posts and the pictures coming.
