'Twas The Night Before Christmas

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a cat

The stockings were hung by the television stand with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of milk and trains danced in their heads

And then, I, Jordan Newton, realized something.
I made such a clatter, and made dad and mom sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.

While my brother Bryan slept
I got an early start to see everything that St. Nick brought.
And as I played with my new toys, I heard someone exclaim
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night."

Merry Christmas from the Newtons! We will be back later this week with tales from Christmas.
